We have TWO Spokane fitness centers offering Jazzercise and Yoga classes to the North and Central area!

Want to burn up to 600 calories per class? Try one of our popular Jazzercise classes! Jazzercise combines elements of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, and more to create truly effective exercise programs for people of every age and fitness level. All classes include cardio work, strength training, and stretching. It's a great workout, and best of all it's fun!

In our Vinyasa Flow Yoga class we explore the physical aspect of yoga by linking breath with movement through a series of asanas (poses) in a dance to calm and center the spirit. You're guarangeed to lower your blood pressure in this amazing class!
