Question: What kind of results can I expect?
Answer: In addition to feeling great, you'll see your cardiovascular endurance, strength, and flexibility increase. In each class you will BLAST fat, burn calories and tone muscle. You can burn up to 600 calories in each Jazzercise class! Check out our success stories for more information.
Question: I've got the first class jitters - what do I do?
Answer: Get to class! You'll feel comfortable once you step in the door. Jazzercise is a very welcoming and non-competitive environment. We're not your typical health club or gym. Instructors and customers are friendly and helpful and fun!
Question: I am a klutz - will I be able to keep up?
Answer: Absolutely! The moves are simple enough for everyone to follow. You don't have to have any dance experience so don't worry if you miss a step or two. If you'd like a little extra practice on your own, you can also learn the moves by visiting http://www.jazzercise.com/learn_bmoves.htm
Question: I have problems with my knees (or hip, or shoulder, etc.) Can I still participate?
Answer: Yes! You are encouraged to work at your own pace and modify as needed. Our instructors will demonstrate low impact movements and will provide safety tips. Talk to them before class and let them know in advance if you have any sensitive areas and they will suggest movement modifications for you.
