Vinyasa Flow Yoga
In this class we explore the physical aspect of yoga by linking breath with movement through a series of asanas (poses) in a dance to calm and center the spirit. Yoga has many benefits such as increasing flexibility, toning muscles, decreasing stress and reducing blood pressure. The class begins by connecting with the breath and linking it to a series of postures to gently warm the body. Following is a dynamic flow sequence of asanas to build heat for the ending postures to stretch muscles and quiet the nervous system. Each class difficulty level determined by the average overall experience level of the practitioners who attend.
